Dr. Robert P. Hartwig, PhD, CPCU, Director, Risk & Uncertainty Management Center, University of South Carolina

Dr. Hartwig is a one of the country’s leading experts on insurance and economics. Tom Considine, CEO, NCOIL

Mr. Considine leads the National Council of Insurance Legislators, a legislative organization comprised principally of legislators serving on state insurance and financial institutions committees around the nation, and is involved in discussions on various Model Laws which may be considered by state legislatures. Mr. Considine will bring a thoughtful discussion on the issues being discussed at NCOIL and how these issues may impact the insurance industry in Texas and across the country.
